Our Luxurious Orlando Florida Vacation Villa is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with ample living and sleeping space for up to 10 people and it is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. The villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the formal living room which is furnished to a high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. There is a separate dining area to the side of the formal living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate breakfast nook. The kitchen is open plan with ample cooking space. There is also a utility room next to the the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The family room features a digital HD-TV with cable access to over 200 channels, a DVD player, a CD player, radio with IPOD connection and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family to enjoy.

The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a queen sized bed with a en-suite bathroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels and a DVD player. The other bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a full sized bed with its own private bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both feature twin beds and have access to a shared bathroom.

Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our private pool. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the most appealing features of our pool area is the west facing view it has. So no matter what time of year you choose to stay with us you can be guaranteed some of the best sunsets you will see in your life! In addition the sun will shine on our pool and patio all day long from mid morning till sunset.

Another one of the villa's unique features is our in-house games room so after a splash in the pool you and your family can join in some family fun playing pool, table tennis or air hockey.

Conveniently located are restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk at Berry Town Center, including a Publix supermarket, Chinese Food, Indian Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine and American Style Casual dining. Within a short drive is Champions Gate with many more restaurants and only a few minutes further onto the 192 is all the shopping, dining and entertaining the Disney area of Orlando can offer!

Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport.

Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx 3 miles on the left hand side whilst going North on US27.

The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approximate 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.
